General Terms and Conditions - Hypex Direct
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Hypex Direct web shop, operated by Hypex Electronics B.V., accessible at www.hypexdirect.com.

Hypex Electronics B.V. aims to keep the information on its website correct and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information published. We also do not guarantee that the website or its services will always be available.
We have the right to change, pause, or stop any part of our website or services at any time without notice. Hypex Electronics B.V. is not responsible for any costs or damages caused by such changes.
Customer Account and Personal Information
To place an order at Hypex Direct, you need an account. You can create one by clicking 'Sign up' under the 'My Account' section. If you forget your login details, you can retrieve them through the login page.
It is the customer's responsibility to keep account details, including address information, correct and up to date. Changes can be made in the "My Profile" section after logging in. We also recommend notifying us by email at sales@hypexdirect.com.
All personal information is processed securely using SSL encryption and is never shared with third parties without legal obligation.
Customers have the right to ask for access to, correction of, or removal of their personal data. Such requests should be sent to sales@hypexdirect.com, and Hypex Direct will reply within four (4)weeks.
Payment
At Hypex Direct, we offer several safe payment methods. The following fees apply:

All payments are securely handled by Mollie, a certified payment provider. For safe use of internet banking, cookies must be enabled.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an invoice by email. This invoice also serves as your proof of warranty. If you lose your invoice, you can request a copy via sales@hypexdirect.com or download it from your account.
If a payment is still missing after some time, we will send a reminder. If payment is not made within two (2) weeks after the reminder, we may cancel the order.
Delivery
We aim to deliver orders quickly and safely. Most orders are shipped via UPS. In some areas where UPS does not offer good service, we may use PostNL.
When placing your order, you can select your delivery method and see the estimated delivery time. Delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business days, depending on your location, selected service, and stock availability. Shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
You can choose a different delivery address during checkout, and it will be saved in your account for future use.
After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.
Shipping costs depend on your destination, the weight of the package, and the shipping service you choose. Costs are shown clearly during checkout.
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, and you have selected our standard shipping option, Hypex Direct will take responsibility. Please contact us quickly at sales@hypexdirect.com in case of any issues.
Cancellations and Backorders
Customers can cancel regular webshop orders free of charge, as long
as the order has not yet been packed. Cancellation requests must be
sent by email to
sales@hypexdirect.com
and are only valid after written confirmation from Hypex Direct.
If a product is not available from stock, we will inform you by email about the expected delivery date. The expected stock availability is also listed on the product page.
Return and Refund Policy
At Hypex Direct, you have a 14-day period to view and try your product. This period starts from the day you receive your order. If you want to return a product,
please ensure:
- The product is undamaged and unused.
- All original accessories and, if possible, the original packaging are included.
- A copy of the invoice and a filled-in and approved RMA form are added to the return shipment.
After we receive the returned product, we will refund the purchase price within thirty (30) days, excluding shipping and transaction fees.

Warranty
Hypex Electronics B.V. offers the following warranty periods for products sold through Hypex Direct:

The warranty covers only defects that affect the function of the product. It does not cover normal wear, damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Any attempt to disassemble, change, or wrongly handle the product or its accessories will void the warranty.
