Revoke an order
14-day right of withdrawal
As a private (B2C) customer, you have 14 days to view and try your product after you receive it. If you change your mind during this period, you can return the product for a refund.
For a return to be accepted, please make sure that:
- The product is undamaged and unused
- All original accessories are included
- The original packaging is included where possible
- A copy of the invoice and an approved RMA form are added to the return shipment
We do not accept returns without an official return label. Please fill out the form below within the 14-day period to request a return or exchange. You will receive a return label and the next steps by email.
After the 14-day trial period has ended, the sale is final and returns based on the right of withdrawal are no longer accepted.
